After much toil and experimenting in our chocolate kitchen, we landed on our latest confectionery offering: "Le Petit Gatêau." What is it? It's a little cake with the frosting on the inside! Now, they are flying off the racks at our boutique at The Cool Springs Galleria in Franklin, TN! Enjoy each spectacular flavor in this 4pc Gift Collection. Our current flavors are: "White Wedding Cake," the most delicious 8 ounces of white cake filled with divine butter cream frosting. Artistically topped with sparkling natural sugar crystals. "Red Velvet Cake," a bit of southern hospitality meets uptown gourmet. A bite of this divinely dense red velvet cake, with its mouth watering cream cheese frosting, will delight the most discriminating dessert lover. "Chocolate Noir," dense, fudgey chocolate cake with superior, rich chocolate frosting on the inside. "Strawberries & Creme," fresh strawberry cake with delicious cream cheese frosting and finished with white chocolate shavings. We change our flavors regularly so keep checking back for the latest new flavors! PLEASE NOTE: We are adding flavors faster than we can schedule photo shoots! The "little cakes" photo pictured above has our Pumpkin Maple little cake on the far right side of the silver tray.
